Please allow 4-10 business days for delivery of non-backordered items in the continental US. Allow additional time for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and International Orders.

30 Day Return/Exchange Policy

RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER must be issued before any returns or exchanges can be made. We will not accept any returns without this number. Please write this number clearly on the outside of the returning package. All returns must be received by KutterJewelers.com within 30 days from date of shipment. The Return Authorization Number does not imply a replacement or refund, but only that we will inspect the merchandise based on your claim. Returns must be sent freight prepaid and insured by you. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. A photo copy of your invoice showing the invoice number must accompany your return along with a written explanation and a contact phone number where we may be able to reach you. It is the responsibility of the customer to verify the correctness of size, color, etc.  All approved refunds will be paid by either Company Check, credit Card Credit, or Account Credit, all to be determined by KutterJewelers.com.

Backorder Policy

If a product that you have ordered should happen to be on Back Order, we will contact you as soon as possible to inform you of that. At that time, you will have the option to either wait for the product to become available or you may cancel or make changes to your order.

Damaged Goods Policy

FordJeweler.com guarantees original manufactured Stamper Genuine Black Hills Gold product from any breakage or loss due to a manufacturing defect. We will repair or replace any item that we determine has a manufacturing defect.  Please contact us before returning any products to us at:
